1.1 – APPLICABLE FOR SINGAPORE, BRUNEI MARKET.
1.2 – BOOKING MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
1.3 - All rates are quoted in SINGAPORE DOLLAR (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
1.4 - All rate(s) and price(s) quoted and/or published is/are subject to be reviewed and amended immediately without prior notice in line with the amendment made by the providers, such as but not limited to Homestay Packages/Operators, Hoteliers, Ground Operators and others.
BOOKING PROCEDURES - ADVANCED BOOKING
2.1 - Inquiries and reservation must be in writing and should be made through our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2.2 - DEPOSIT: A 50% of the total package amount is required upon confirmation of reservation in booking.
2.3 - BALANCE: 21 days in full settlement of payment is required before date of arrival/departure.
2.4 - Failure of full settlement in payment by due date will result in cancellation without prior notice.
2.5 - LATE BOOKING: Subject to availability of accommodation, transportation and ground tour and following with full settlement of payment before check in/arrival. Failure of full settlement of payment will be considered as no booking made.
2.6 - EARLY BIRD PACKAGES: Deposit and / or full payment made are NON-REFUNDABLE
2.7 - NO SHOW CASES: Deposit and / or full payment are NON-REFUNDABLE

3.3 - Applicable for Low, Shoulder, Peak, Super Peak Season and All Major Events in Malaysia.

FAMILY POLICY
ACCOMMODATION
Unless specified in the tariff, no accommodation charges apply to a child under the age of 12 years occupying the same room as his/her parents and using existing bedding except where a child supplement or extra bed and mattress is required. Child rate apply at 85 % from adults package rates for tour inclusive of accommodation, tour and meals. The child rate is based on the child sharing a room with two (2) adults. An extra bed will be provided for the child. Child rate without extra bed or mattress will be charged at 50% less from adults rates with inclusions of package offers. An infant is defined as an individual up to 2 years of age. Rate for infant is Free Of Charge except for service of flight and insurance of infant.
TOUR RATE
In the case of tours, child rate will be charged at 50% less from parents/adults.
HOTEL, AIRPORT TRANSFER & LUGGAGE
HOTEL
5.1 - Rooms are assigned by the hotels and resorts are based on ROH (run of house) unless otherwise indicated in booking made.
5.2 – Guests must present to the appointed agent by RTAM, the original hotel or e-hotel voucher upon check in.
5.3 - Standard Check In Time: 1400 - 1500 hours
Standard Check Out Time: 1200 hours
5.4 - Early Check In: Subject to hotels and resorts room availability ortherwise one day use charges apply. Late Check Out: Subject to hotels and resorts management approval upon request.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
The guest/s arrival in KL International Airport (KLIA), the guest will enjoy two way door to door airport transfer known as KLIA Ekspres VIP Service. This package includes meet and greet in KLIA, a dedicated porter to handle luggage and escort from KLIA to KL Sentral station . The guest will then proceed to the Waiting Lounge, ETS / KTM station for the onward train ride to the specified holiday destination.
LUGGAGE
As a general rules, Only one luggage and one hand-carry is allowed for each Guest/s. Our (RTAM) appointed agents, reserve the right to collect additional cost directly from the clients for transportation services incurred for excess luggage.

NOTE: RTAM and appointed agents do not accept personal current cheque for payment for all package price.
CANCELLATION CHARGES & REFUNDS
RTAM and its appointed agent must be notified in writing of any cancellation by fax or electronic mail direct to us and cancellation charges will be levied as follows
7.1 - Between 180 days ot 120 days: 25% from total package price.
7.2 - Between 119 days to 22 days: 30% from total package price.
7.3 - Between 21 days to 14 days: 50% from total package price.
7.4 - Between 13 days to 10 days: 80% from total package price.
7.5 - Between 9 days and NO SHOW: 100% from total package price
7.6 - NO Show Cases: NON-REFUNDABLE on full package price paid for any no show case.
7.7 - Claims on refund will be paid after 90 days from the date of cancellation made.
TOUR CANCELLATION & DISCLAIMS LIABILITY
Before or after start of tour, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized. For certain low seasons on promotional periods or Early Bird Packages, RTAM and its appointed agents reserve the right to change, amend or re schedule the program based on our hotel contractual rates between ground agent or hotel and resort.
EXCLUDED IN TOUR PACKAGE
8.1 - Flight tickets, airport tax, land transfer not stated in the travel itinerary, porter fee, hotels and local Tour Guide - Unless Stated.
8.2 - Food & Beverages not stated, entrance fee not stated, telephone and cable, travel insurance, excess baggage fees and items not stated in travel itinerary or package price - Unless Stated.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITES
RTAM and its appointed agents act as agents for ground transportation companies, hotels, car rentals and all other contractors/suppliers and all arrangements upon the expressed conditions that it shall not be liable for any bodily injury, damage, loss of any nature to human or animal life, material goods , income or business revenue, accident, disaster or inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts of defaults, of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out of arrangements of the ground content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations. To protect RTAM , its appointed agents and our guest/s, we require all guest/s to be adequately insured against the above mentioned liabilities.
RTAM and its appointed agents will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the guest/s as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control such as but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God or Government, broken machinery or equipment required as part of guest/s’ Itinerary, or unavoidable events that caused the clients and itinerary unenforceable. Any charges levied by hotels, airlines or other suppliers must be borne by the guest(s).
RTAM and its appointed agents reserve the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if it is deemed to be in the best interests of all parties concerned.
RTAM and its appointed agents reserve the right to alter, amend, delete or add any provisions in this general terms and conditions without prior notice. Act of commitments such as but not limited to; deposit payment, full settlement and others, is an act of acceptance to the respective General Terms & Conditions as well as the price quoted and/or published via on-line & off-line medium be it in written and/or verbal.
